Reels and short-form video

Vertical video for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, filmed alongside the photography so both share one look.

Content days

A recurring half or full day of shooting that produces a month of material, planned against your content calendar.

Social media management

Planning, captions, scheduling and community replies, with a monthly look at what performed and what to change.

A monthly calendar you approve in one go. We post, reply to comments and report back on what worked.

Copywriting

Website copy, captions, blog articles and campaign text in English and Dutch, written in your brand’s voice.

Email marketing

Newsletters and automated flows in Mailchimp, designed to match your brand, with reporting on opens, clicks and sales.

Art direction and shot lists

Every shoot starts with a shot list tied to where each image will be used: homepage hero, product page, post or ad.

EXAMPLE

Retouching and delivery

Colour-graded, retouched images in the right crops and file sizes for web, social and print.

EXAMPLE
Every image delivered in web, social (4:5 and 9:16) and print sizes, named and sorted by where it will be used.

Usage rights

Commercial usage for your own channels included. Paid advertising and third-party use can be agreed in your proposal.

EXAMPLE
Use the photos on your website, socials and newsletter for as long as you like. Use in paid ads is agreed separately.

On location or in studio, across the Netherlands. We direct, so nobody has to feel awkward in front of the camera.

Edit and deliver

A curated, retouched selection in every format you need, delivered through a private online gallery.

Where do you shoot?

Anywhere in the Netherlands: at your office, on location or in a rented studio. Shoots abroad are possible by arrangement.

How many images will I get?

That’s agreed in your proposal, based on the shot list. You get a curated, fully edited selection rather than hundreds of near-identical files.

How quickly are photos delivered?

Event highlights can be delivered within days for same-week posting. Full edited selections usually follow within one to two weeks.

Can you manage our socials without a shoot?

Yes. We can work with your existing photos and video to start, and add content days once we know what your channels need.

Do you photograph private events?

Yes. Alongside our business work, Qovue Studio photographs private events such as intimate weddings, engagements and milestone celebrations, with the same candid, editorial style and the same care.
